Company ProfileChatham Surveying Services, Incorporated (CSSI) has been open for business since July, 1999. Since that time, we have provided a variety of surveying services, including wetland deliniation, boudary, as-built, tree and topographic surveys, staking of roadway and drainage projects, and providing finished floor elevation certificates for real estate closings. We have been contracted by engineering, architectural and residential design firms to provide surveying services for the development of both residential and commercial properties Our licensed land surveyor is James M Keaton, who has approximately 20 years of surveying experience and is an accomplished AutoCad technician. Mr. Keaton has held his professional registration since June, 1997 and is a member of the Surveying and Mapping Society of Georgia. Our office manager is Leslie Terrell, a real estate paralegal that researches subject properties and provides assistance to title companies when ALTA surveys are required. The third party on our professional team is Larry Harley, an experienced instrument technician who is a valuable asset in the field. As a small company, CSSI is able to provide a more concentrated service to our clients and prides itself on generating a superior product in an efficient manner.
